At Journal Joy, LLC, we have the privilege to work with some amazing authors. We are honored to be included in sharing their stories with the world.
Let us introduce you to Lisa L.Gilliam and Tracy M. Worley; authors of “21 Days“.
Lisa L. Gilliam and Tracy M. Worley offer transparent, yet faith-inspired guidance on how to self-reflect on all relationship matters and move ahead to accomplish an ultimate goal. Get ready for their new book launching soon, “21 Days”.
These friends who met at Calvin Coolidge High School in Washington, DC more than 30 years ago creatively and candidly share their personal past connections and encounters, as they introduce their literal 21 Days – No Contact Challenge, which assists with collaborative, pensive consideration and progression towards healthier dating and interrelations.
21 Days is a cognizant approach to helping readers understand Lisa and Tracy’s journeys, while hopefully showing a way for them to be mindful of their own interactions.
So who are these amazing ladies???
Lisa is the founder of The Stigma Breakers’ Collective (TSBC), a group of like-minded individuals, businesses, and/or organizations that also seek to break the stigmas often associated with mental health. In addition to being a mental health advocate, Lisa is also a restorative practices practitioner, speaker, vocalist, writer, spoken-word artist, and poet that is intentional about integrating mental health awareness with performance, communication, and literary arts. Therefore, whether Lisa is singing, reciting poetry/spoken word, acting, or speaking/presenting at a conference, seminar, or workshop, she wants her words to be melodic…like music to your ears!

Tracy, is a native Washingtonian. A gifted orator and writer since an early age, Tracy uses her gifts to uplift, educate and entertain. She is a career Fed, and a Self-Care and Wellness Entrepreneur. A natural creative, Tracy has many other unlisted talents. A Diamond Life member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Service to the Community is a high priority.
Her personal motto is: Live life, and leave a legacy! Tracy is currently in the process of writing her novel, “Chosen”.
